Zach Allen threw a complete game, striking out seven, and also went 2-for-3 with two RBI to lead Gananda. Dom Musso finished 4-for-5 and also had two doubles and three RBI in the win.

Jake Welkley struck out seven five innings to pick up the win for NR-W (1-0). Greg Vanduyne went 3-for-4 with an RBI and two runs scored for the Cougars. Brandon DeRue and Shawn Garofoli each doubled for Williamson (0-1).
Mynderse 10, Newark 6
Andrew Lucchesi led Mynderse going 3-for-4 with two RBI. Matt Selice added a two-run single in the fourth inning to tie the game at three for the Screaming Eagles, who would score five runs in the inning. Mike Wood scored three runs and drove in another in the win. Jeff Garrott and Brandon Ortero each went 2-for-3 for Newark (1-0).

Jason Doig struck out eight over five innings for the win. Dalton Murray went 2-for-3 with a triple and Kyle Delisio was 2-for-3 for the Golden Eagles (1-0). Paul Rinella and Matt Rogers each went 2-for-3 for the Black Knights (0-1).

Mia Palone finished 2-for-4 with two RBI and seventh-grader Kayla Battle added a two-run single in the fourth for Lyons (1-0). The Lions scored three three runs in the fourth to take the lead and led 7-3 before Sodus scored three runs in the last two innings. Sarah Latulipe went 2-for-4 for Sodus (1-0).
Williamson 15, North Rose-Wolcott 7
Carly Bean had two hits and scored two runs and Kira McCall added a triple for the Marauders (1-0). Alison Hassett chipped in a three-run triple for Williamson. Kendra Stewart had two hits and scored a run for the Cougars (0-1).

Anthony Coffaro finished with four goals and two assists and T.J. Ennis recorded eight saves for the Lancers (1-0). Evan Vasquez scored for the Reds (0-2).

Sean Thomkinson netted the winner 21 seconds into the first overtime for Rush Henrietta (1-0). Brad Sputsta scored with 29 seconds remaining in regulation and Doug Ellsworth scored his two goals during a 4-0 fourth quarter run with Pal-Mac (0-1) trailing 7-3. Kyle Ludwig added three goals for the Red Raiders. Nick Dinnerd finished with four goals and one assist and goal Mckenzie Stooner stopped 14 shots for the Royal Comets.

Senior Mackenzie Swartout scored to give Mercy a 10-5 with seven minutes remaining in the second half. Sophomore Emily Livecchi scored a career-high eight goals for the Monarchs (1-0). Senior Dorothy Hayes recorded 12 saves for the win. Lauren Zink finished with two goals and two assists for the Red Raiders (0-1).
Geneva 16, Wayne 2
Brooke Racicot, Bethanny Jolly, and Marylynn Eddington each scored three goals for the Panthers (1-0). Cassie DiNoto and Alex Camp each scored for the Eagles (0-2).

Katie Munoz finished with two goals and two assists for the Blue Panthers (1-0), who had seven different goal-scorers. Kourtney Goebel and Mallory Velte each added two goals and one assist for Gananda.
