Boys Varsity Baseball

Class CCC first round
No. 12 Williamson 5, No.5 Holley 1
Greg Stitt pitched a complete game with nine strikeouts and Austen Reid was 2-for-4 and hit a solo home run to lead off the top of the seventh inning for Williamson (7-14). Joe DeFelice went 2-for-3 for Holley (9-9).

Class CC first round
No. 7 Naples 12, No. 8 Marion 3
Tyler Vest earned the complete game win with 10 strikeouts and Marcus Case finished 3-for-3 and scored three runs for Naples (9-9). Andy Sippel went 1-for-3 with a run scored for Marion.

Boys Varsity Lacrosse

Class C first round
No.12 HF-L 15, No.5 Pal Mac 7
Drew Tallon notched four goals with two assists and Nick Weston added five goals and dished out one assist for HF-L (7-10). Jason Boike had two goals and three assists for the Cougars. Ben Reeves scored one goal with three assists and Kyle Ludwig had two goals for Pal-Mac (11-6).

Class C first round
No. 2 Aquinas 16, No. 15 Wayne 1
Junior attackman Joe Snook notched a career-high seven goals and Jake Vogl chipped in a goal and five assists for Aquinas (13-4).

Class C first round
No. 7 Gananda 5, No. 10 Mynderse 4 (OT)
Trevor Schraffenberger scored the winner on the man advantage 1:35 into overtime for Gananda (12-5). Schraffenberger finished with two goals and freshman Riley Palmer scored his second goal of the game with under three minutes remaining to even the score at 4-4 for the Blue Panthers. Aaron Peterman scored two goals.
