Man charged with pissing off store
State Police in Williamson responded to the Breen's grocery store in Williamson on Monday at 7:30 p.m. after a customer observed a man urinating on products on the shelf in the store.
Following an investigation, Fortino Mejia-Mejia, age 39, residing at South Geneva Road in Sodus was arrested for Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree after urinating in the powdered coffee creamer section of the store. He was arraigned and remanded to jail on $2500 cash/$5000 bond and is also being held on a retainer from U.S. Immigration for being an illegal alien.
The store completely removed the shelves in question and threw away the powdered coffee creamers violated.
He's been stumblin' on the railroad
On Tuesday, Lyons Village Police Sergeant John Flock received a report from CSX that a man was being observed walking across the railroad tracks in a highly intoxicated state, almost getting hit by a train. Subsequently, Matthew Lynn Price, age 39, of Franklin Street in Lyons was arrested for Trespass. Due to his condition, Price was arraigned by Justice Nicholas Forgione and remanded to jail on No Bail.
Ah, the smell, of gasoline and booze
Newark Village Police Officer Joe Croft, reported the arrest on Monday of Tony Leon Stephenson, age 43, of South Main Street , in Newark for Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree and Disorderly Conduct.
It is alleged that Stephenson began pounding on a neighbor's door to let him in to talk. Police report he was highly intoxicated at the time.
When the neighbor woman refused to let him in, Stephenson reportedly yelled “Wait and see what I can do.”
He then proceeded to crawl under the woman's car and cut the gas line. Police who said Stephenson smelled like a combination of alcohol and gasoline, was arraigned and remanded to jail on $500 cash/$1000 bond.
