Mark Chapman, age 42, of 998 Yellow Mills Road in Macedon plead guilty on Tuesday (12/18) in Ontario County Court to 61 “E” felonies (Criminal Sexual Act in the third degree) and 1 misdemeanor (Endangering the Welfare of a Child). The Crimes involved oral sexual conduct (mouth to penis) with the same victim who less than 17 during time frame charged which stretches from October 2009 through Feb 17, 2011. Crimes occurred at the defendant’s previous residence in Manchester NY.
