State Police reported stopping a vehicle on Thursday (11/8) at 11:05 p.m. on West Walworth Road in Macedon for Failure to Stop for a Stop Sign. Police smelled a strong odor of marijuana and after a search of the vehicle found a baggie with 30 grams of marijuana and a scale.
The driver, Steven C. Ortolaza, age 28, of Peacock Circle in Macedon was subsequently arrested for Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the 5th Degree.
