Wednesday Mugshot

Anthony Hambury, age 28, of Owego, NY, had attended the Spencer Speedway banquet in Palmyra and was headed home. He was charged with DWI/BAC with a BAC of .13%, processed and released to his mother-in-law and will appear in Rose Town Court on December 17th.
