The Wayne County Office of the Sheriff reported the arrest on Sunday (3/17) at 11:35 p.m. of Michael W. Bell, age 35 of Huntley Road in the Town of Marion.
Bell was charged with Felony DWI, arraigned in the Town of Palmyra court by Judge Terry Rodman and was remanded to the Wayne County Jail with no bail.
