Lyons Village Police reported the arrest on Saturday (2/23) at 11 p.m. of Martin C. Smallwood, age 27, reported to be homeless, for Burglary in the 2nd Degree and Petit Larceny.
It is alleged Smallwood broke into a village residence and stole several items. He was additionally charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree after police found him in possession of cocaine.
