Macedon Police reported stopping a vehicle on Sunday (2/17) at 2:45 a.m. after it pulled out onto Route 31 into the wrong lane.

The vehicle operator, Allen Blue, age 46, of Curlew Street in Rochester was subsequently arrested for DWI/BAC and Aggravated DWI with a blood alcohol level of .25%, Unlicensed Operator and Failure to keep Right.
