Wednesday Mugshot

The Wayne County Office of the Sheriff reported the arrest on Tuesday (1/15)of Michael W. Bell, age 34, of 3759 Huntley Road Lot 32, Marion, following a traffic stop on East Main Street in the Village of Palmyra. Bell was subsequently charged with Felony DWI/BAC and Refusal to Submit to a Breath Screening Device.
