Macedon Police reported the arrest on Saturday (1/12) at 10:30 p.m. of Mark S. Nicholas, age 44 of Route 21 in Marion for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest.
The arrest stems from a complaint about a man wearing black walking in the middle of Route 350 appearing intoxicated. Patrol arrived and attempted to take Nicholas into custody when Nicholas became uncooperative and resisted officers.
