Macedon Police reported stopping a vehicle on Route 31 (Main Street) in the Village of Macedon at 2:30 a.m. on Sunday (1/6) for Speeding.
The driver, Philip Sykes, age 22, of Yellow Mills Road in Shortsville was subsequently arrested for DWI/BAC with a blood alcohol level of .11%
