State Police encountered a one vehicle property damage accident on Route I-490 in the Town of Gates at 2:42 a.m. on Saturday (12/22).
The driver, Michael J. Wildey, age 23, of 2150 Harris Road in Palmyra was subsequently arrested for No Turn Signal, Driving Across Hazardous Markings and DWI/BAC.
