The Wayne County Office of the Sheriff reported the arrest on Saturday (12/15) at 10:43 p.m. of Nicholas A. Bacon, age 20, of 3400 Arcadia Zurich Norris Road in the Town of Arcadia for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 4th Degree.
The arrest stems from a traffic stop ofa vehicle that Bacon was a passenger in. During the traffic stop Bacon was found to be in possession of Methvlenedioxvpvrovalercne (MDPV). MDPV is classified as a Schedule Istimulant under the New York Public Health Law.
