The Wayne County Office of the Sheriff reported the arrest on Thursday (1/24) at 9:11 p.m. of John C. Henner, age 44, of 2537 Kenyon Road in the Town of following an investigation into a domestic dispute in the Town of Sodus.
Henner was charged with for Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree and Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree. It is alleged that Henner got into an argument with his wife and rammed her car with his pick-up truck. This caused extensive damage to the victim’s car and also caused damage to another car parked in the area.
