State Trooper Sean O’Dea reported stopping a vehicle on Race Street in the Village of Macedon at 3:20 p.m. on Sunday (2/10) for a Cell Phone violation.
The driver, David L. Hetrick, age 25, of White Road in the Town of Livonia was subsequently arrested for DWI and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor vehicle in the 1st Degree.
