State Police Investigator Doug Thomas reported the arrest on Wednesday (2/6) of Devon Scott, age 19, of Spring Street in Sodus for four counts of Rape in the 2nd Degree.
It is alleged that Scott had sex with a 13 year-old girl at another residence in Sodus
Scott, who is currently on probation for a conviction of Sex Abuse in the 1st Degree on an unrelated case, was arraigned and remanded to jail on $10,000 cash/$20,000 bond
