The next thing I knew I was sitting in the dark

Macedon Police responded to a one vehicle accident at Eddy Road and Route 350 on Saturday (9/29) at 8:40 p.m.

A vehicle operated by Brent Kerr, age 26, of Charwood Circle in Rochester lost control and crashed, ending up on its roof. Kerr was charged with DWI/BAC with a field blood alcohol test of .22%. Kerr told police he was drinking at the Winfield Grill on Winton Road in Rochester and on his way home, several miles away. He lost his way and ended up in Macedon, telling police he was lost and “The next thing I knew I was sitting in the dark.”…
