Steals Mom’s car to buy heroin

State Police in Wolcott reported the arrest on Friday (10/5) at 11:30 p.m. of Jerome Yates, age 42, of Lyman Road in the Town of Rose.

Yates, who lost his license to drive, allegedly stole his mother’s car. He was stopped on Lyman Road after he was on his way back home after purchasing heroine.
