Probation check leads to cocaine arrest

The Wayne County Office of the Sheriff reported the arrest on Thursday (9/27) of Jeffrey P. Whalen, age 32 of 967 Kuttruff Road in Walworth for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree.
The arrest stems from a home check that was conducted by Whalen’s Probation Officer. During the home check a quantity of cocaine was located at the residence.
