Monday Mugshot

On Saturday (11/24), State Police in Lyons arrested Justin C. Venard, age 33, of 824 Old Preemption Road in Lyons for 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment in the second degree.

It is alleged Venard struck his girlfriend in the head several times with his fists during a domestic dispute.
