The Wayne County Narcotics Enforcement Team, WayneNET, announces the arrest of a Wolcott resident following a month long investigation into the sales of crack cocaine in the Village of Sodus area. Taleis M Rosser, age 31, of Pinewood Drive in the Village of Wolcott, is accused of selling the narcotic drug known as crack cocaine.
