The Wayne County Sheriffs Office reported the arrest on Friday (3/15) at 9:45 p.m. of Christen S. Kennedy, age 44, of 7120 Central Avenue in Sodus Point after she was involved in a motor vehicle accident in the Town of Sodus. Kennedy was Northbound on State Route 14 in the Town of Sodus and went off the roadway striking a embankment.
Kennedy was charged with DWI/BAC and Aggravated DWI with a BAC greater than or equal to .18%, Failure to Submit to a Breath Test, and Moving From Lane Unsafely.
