State Police in Lyons reported stopping a vehicle for Failure to Dim Headlights and Wide left Turn on Friday (1019) at 9:34 p.m. on Route 31 in the Village of Lyons.

The driver, William D. Rivers, age 25, of East Maple Avenue in Newark was subsequently arrested for DWI/BAC with a BAC of .08%.
