State Trooper Rob Weston reported stopping a vehicle for Failure to Yield the Right of Way on Saturday (2/23) at 4:15 p.m. on Evergreen Street in the Town of Marion.
The driver, Jonathan H. Roland, age 28, of Fairville Station Road in Arcadia was subsequently arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree-cocaine.
