The Office of the Sheriff Wayne County reported the arrest on Wednesday (12/5) at 3:20 p.m. of Donald M. Card Jr., age 39, of Bastian Road in the Town of Lyons, for allegedly taking a family member’s Wayne County support collection reimbursement check.

Card allegedly signed his name to it and then cashed the check at a local store. Card was charged with Forgery 2nd degree, Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd degree and Petit Larceny.
