Carolyn P. Miller, age 26, of Irondequoit NY stated she had been drinking at her sisters house. Carolyn failed tests and was arrested for DWI. Carolyn provided a breath sample of .16% BAC. Carolyn released on appearance tickets for Huron Court at later date.
