Thomas J. Wyatt, age 52, of 21 Fred Drive in the Town of Farmington was subsequently arrested for Felony DWI, Refusal to Submit to a Breath Test, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1st Degree.

A record check of Wyatt showed he had 8 prior felony convictions, the last in 2008 in Delaware County and another in Seneca County in 2006. The record showed he had 11 total license suspensions.
