State Police in Williamson reported the arrest on Saturday (11/3) of Guy R. Fernaays, 48, of Stafford Street in Palmyra.

Fernaays was charged with Burglary 2nd. It is alleged that he entered a residence of a relative in Williamson on 10/30/12, and stole property from within the home.
