The Wayne County Sheriffs Office reported the arrest on Sunday (2/24) at 5:31 p.m. of Derek M. Shove, age 27 of 1293 Spring Street Road, Cayuga NY for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree, and Criminally Possessing a Hypodermic Instrument.
