State Police in Lyons reported stopping a vehicle on Saturday (1/19) at 1:38 a.m. at Routes 350 and 31 in the Village of Macedon for Failure to Signal a Turn, Move From Lane Unsafely, Fail to Dim Headlights and Failure to Keep Right.
The vehicle operator, Catlin M. Forget, age 23, of 112 Carroll Street in Palmyra was subsequently arrested for DWI/BAC with a blood alcohol level of .132% and Failure to Notify DMV of an Address Change.
