Friday Mugshot

The Wayne County Office of the Sheriff reported the arrest of Brandon Breen, age 19, of Ridge Road in Williamson. Patrol responded for the report of a shoplifter at the Express Mart. Patrol located Breen nearby and he was subsequently arrested for Petit Larceny.
