Palmyra Village Police reported the arrest on Wednesday (2/6) of Shareen V. Gfeller, age 25, of 61 South Main Street in Manchester after she fled police on the evening of December 14, 2012. Police spotted her driving and knew Gfeller did not have a license. Gfeller was charged with Unlawfully Fleeing a Police Officer, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd Degree, Speeding, Failure to Comply, Reckless Driving and four Stop Sign violations.
