The Wayne County Office of the Sheriff reported the arrest on Tuesday (1/15/13) at 12:24 a.m. of a Walworth man for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing. It is alleged that Audie A. Arliss Jr. age 27 of 2269 Walworth Marion Road, Walworth obstructed the breathing of a family member during a domestic dispute.
