State Police reported that Albert F. Hendriske, age 35, from 14 Franklin Street in Rochester was asked to submit to Roadside Field Sobriety Tests in which he refused on Thursday (9/27) at 2:15 a.m. He was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to SP Williamson for processing. Hendrikse refused to submit to a chemical test and was issued tickets returnable to the Town of Sodus Court on November 07th, 2012 at 7pm….
