Supervisor LeRoy called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance.
General bills for payment were approved.
A date for the Organizational Meeting on January 9, 2013 at 7:00 pm was set.

RESOLUTION – Mileage Rate (#5 12-2012)
Supervisor LeRoy offered the Resolution No.5 12-202
Beginning January 1, 2013 the standard mileage rates for the use of a car (also vans, pickups, or panel trucks) will be:
• 56.5 cents per mile for business miles driven
• 24 cents per mile driven for medical or moving purposes
• 14 cents per mile driven in service of charitable organizations
The board adopted these State mileage rates.
The board accepted the Town of Marion for Lead Agency Designation relative to Marion Northeast Quadrant Water District Phase 3 was seconded by Councilperson Grey.
The Town accepted the Town of Marion for Lead Agency Designation relative to Marion/Sodus Joint Owl’s Nest Water Project was seconded by Councilperson Grey.
RESOLUTION – Great Sodus Bay Watershed (#6 12-2012)
The Supervisor was authorized to sign Great Sodus Bay Watershed Restoration & Protection Plan Inter-municipal Agreement Extension,
DISCUSSION ITEMS:
1. Update on STAC separation
EXECUTIVE SESSION was called at 6:13 pm to discuss employment of a particular person. The board came out of Executive Session at 6:41, and the meeting was adjourned.
