Town of Sodus – December 12, 2012

PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE:
Councilperson Grey gave her November 2012 STAC report.
BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS COMMITTEE: Councilperson Boone, reported he spoke to Dale Durkee and the headstone is 85% complete.
CAMP BEECHWOOD REPORT: Trevor Davey, Camp Beechwood Caretaker reported people are still walking in daily, and the Boy Scouts were camping there that weekend. Davey also reported he would start keeping a weekly log on activity at Beechwood for the monthly meetings.
2013 VILLAGE OF SODUS RECREATION AGREEMENT
The Sodus Town Board authorized Supervisor LeRoy to sign the 2013 Recreation Agreement.
Board declaring water account #A0870 inactive
Board approved moving of the office fax machine (Canon Faxphone L80) to Highway Department.
The board set the date for Public Hearing to amend the Town of Sodus Littering Law on January 9, 2013 at 7:15.
The board authorized Supervisor to sign Great Sodus Bay Watershed Restoration and Protection Plan Inter-municipal Agreement Extension (Steve) to be tabled until the next meeting, January 9, 2013.
Discussion was held on joint meeting with STAC.
The board authorized Supervisor to sign annual contract with Williamson Law Book Co. for tax collection support
Discussion of the Reappointment of Zoning/Planning board members will be done at the Organizational Meeting.
Discussion of the updating on bank account transfers.
Kudos to Sean Kennedy and his department on their last DOH inspection.

An executive meeting was enter into at 7:55 pm to discuss a personnel issue relative to a particular person; meeting exited out of Executive Session at 8:05 pm
