Town of Arcadia – January 8, 2013
The board approved the minutes of December 10th, 27th and January 3rd.
MRB is hosting a seminar on Municipal Efficiency January 10, 2013.
Wayne County Emergency Management is having a one (1) day seminar, January 30th to discuss Town Officials duties in an event of a catastrophic event or emergency situation. All public officials are encouraged to attend.
Arcadia Hills LLC – Update
Town Engineer Doyle and Attorney’s from Boylan Code’s Environmental Group, along with Attorney Saracino will be meeting January 17th to develop a strategy for incorporating the public comments, as applicable, into the Final Scoping Document. Town Engineer Doyle estimates the Final Scoping Document being ready no earlier that the February 2013 Town Board meeting.
1303 North Main Street – Update
Wayne County Administrator has not reviewed the Indemnification Agreement.
Associations of Towns Meeting– The board authorized Supervisor Colacino to attend the NYS Association of Towns Meeting in New York City, February 17-20, 2013 and the town will reimburse the Supervisor for the registration fee and travel expenses.
