COMMUNICATIONS: Eagle Scout Court of Honor Reception, January 6, 2013 @ 2:00 PM
1303 North Main Street – Indemnification Agreement – to authorize Supervisor Colacino to Execute a certain Indemnification Agreement by and between the County of Wayne and the Town of Arcadia relating to the environmental remediation of property identified as Tax Map Parcel #68111-10-365641, 1303 North Main Street. Motion Carried
. Inter-Municipal Agreement –Village of Newark Dog Kennel – to authorize Supervisor Colacino to sign the Inter-Municipal Agreement for the Village of Newark Dog Kennel. Motion passed
Transfer of funds – to approve $107,519.80 Highway Transfer of Funds to the Highway Reserve Account. Motion passed.
Organizational Meeting Date scheduled for 2013on Thursday, January 3, 2012 at 3:00 PM to be held in the Supervisor’s office. All voted aye.
