Tuesday Mugshot
State Police out of Williamson reported stopping a Route 104 westbound...
Stupid people piss me off, but let me digress. I should begin with things that are annoying first.
I hate the “new dress code” that allows people to think they can wear a hat in a restaurant, or other such building. To me, it shows a total lack of class on the part of the baseball, etc., type hat wearers. I especially get annoyed at the backwards baseball cap wearing morons. It is so 1990s.
People who answer their cell phones at restaurants and often talk loud enough to include several nearby tables in the discussion. I group these clods totally insensitive.
Wife Patti and I enjoy going to Broadway shows on occasion and even have package deals for plays and musicals at such places as GEVA in Rochester. I never bring my phone into a theater and always remind Wife Patti to silence her cell phone.
There is always an announcement prior to the rise of the curtain asking people to kindly turn of cell phones. I have noticed that as soon as intermission is announced and before the lights come up, skads of people whip out the cell phones and seemingly pick up where they left off. If not talking, at least checking their precious chats and e-mails.
I was never one to train my thumbs to type faster that a speeding bullet on my Iphone. I am probably one of the last people on earth to use a cell phone for…actually making a phone call. I don’t use the camera or video feature, don’t have a clue and don’t want to know all the other do-dads the newest phone has. I don’t check Twitter or Facebook accounts 100 times per day and I think people who play movies on a small screen such as an IPad or phone are idiots.
The other day I caught Wife Patti actually trying to read a text while driving and let her know how dumb that was, regardless of how careful she thought she was being. It is amazing how some adults think teen driving while texting deserves a scowl, but think they know better.
I think high school girls dress way too provocatively and at least partially understand why some male and female teachers get into trouble.
I think parents who allow teens to dress like hookers and slobs deserve to support said hookers and slobs for their entire lives.
I believe parents who blame the schools for disciplinary problems and shout and scream about how the school districts are letting them down need to sit in one of those classrooms for a couple of weeks. Whatever you do, don’t stare at the young girl sitting next to you bra-less and with a skirt jacked up to her crotch.
I think parents and students who cry wolf because a teacher, or fellow student gave them a innocent hug need their heads examined.
Okay, enough with the annoying, now for the really ‘piss me off’ clowns.
This paper is full of dirtbags caught shoplifting and thus increasing prices for the rest of us. This week there are quite a number of shoplifting morons, both amateur and professional in the Law & Order pages, all with some lame excuse why being a cheap thief is not their norm. I don’t care what the excuse, once a thief, always a thief in my eyes. Why not try something unique, like getting a job and getting off the free ride.
