The Ontario County Sheriff's Office reported the arrest on Thursday of Renee Jean Allen, age 23, of Sergeant Street in Sodus for Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree and Forgery in the 3rd Degree.

It is alleged that while working as a nanny for a Zaveri Seema on Hidden Oaks Drive in the Town of Victor , Allen stole her employer's credit card and charged $4931.12 worth of merchandise.

Allen was arraigned in Victor Court on the Grand Larceny charge and in Clifton Springs Village Court on the Forgery charge for signing her employer's name to a bill. She was arraigned and remanded to Ontario County Jail on $1500 cash bail that was posted that day.
